HERMEQ Powder Coating division boasts one of the most technically advanced GEMA facilities in the UK. As an industry leading coating line we utilise cutting-edge technologies and processes to achieve superior results in terms of efficiency, quality, cost, and environmental sustainability. This includes a 5 stage pre-treatment, effluent plant & 99% overspray powder recovery. On top of this we can change colours in less then 10 minutes, providing flexibility & rapid turn around times.
As well as powder coating products manufactured by our own divisions, we also powder coat for many other clients. Our plant can take products up to 3.6m long x 2.4m high x 600mm wide.
