Sales and Sourcing Associate

  • Develop relationships with a series of customers and suppliers across the UK and Europe.

  • Engage with existing customers to offer new services and product ranges.

  • Identify and engage with new suppliers to source new products in line with customer needs.

  • Own the new product process from customer enquiry through supplier identification and order fulfilment.

  • Responsible for the efficient operations of our new depot near Dusseldorf.

  • Oversee stock control, customer deliveries, transport management and site safety/security.

  • Manage the local operations team including training, recruiting and HR matters.

  • Hold P/L responsibility for the site and liaise with the wider group to ensure compliance.

Key Account Manager

  • Responsible for dealing with customer requests for quotation, delivery updates and accounting queries.

  • Scale key account spend within defined KPIs and metrics in line with company objectives.

  • Raise awareness within target accounts of new products and services provided by the HERMEQ group.

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Outbound Telesales

  • Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads in a professional and confident manner.

  • Identify and seize sales opportunities, feeding the field sales team with qualified leads.

  • Proven track record of success within a fast paced telesales environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work within a CRM are required.

Internal Sales Executive

  • Manage internal enquiries made through phone calls, emails, and online chat.

  • Deliver fast, efficient customer service to a high volume of enquiries.

  • Develop warm internal leads, identifying prospects to pass to the outbound sales team.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume sales environment is required.
