Business Development Executive

  • Develop a strong portfolio of customers, whilst maintaining strong relationships with our current customers.
  • Build relationships with new prospective customers.  Manage, report on, and convert opportunities within a CRM sales pipeline.
  • Analyse market trends and establish competitive advantages.
  • Should have 5+ years of sales experience and experience in the full sales cycle including deal closing

Industrial Design Engineer

  • Focus on improving our existing range of products that we manufacture in-house and expanding this further.
  • You will sit between our marketing and manufacturing teams.
  • Ideas and market analysis will flow from our marketing team and the industrial designer will need to work with our CAD technician, operations and manufacturing teams to help then bring those ideas to life.

Business Development Executive

Sales
Coordinator

  • Taking incoming queries over the telephone of by email making sure customers requirements are taken accurately.
  • Prepare and ensure that quotations and confirmations are sent to customers in agreed time frames.
  • Assist members of the team to ensure full communication is given to customers during their initial enquiry stages.
  • Maintain and update customer database and internal records and systems.

Operations Manager

  • You will have an engineering mindset with an understanding of how steel products are manufactured.
  • You will work across the business in bringing new products to life, accelerating the growth of our manufacturing capabilities.
  • Ensure that our customer base recognise us as having an industry leading product catalogue.

Internal Sales Manager

  • Directly responsible for performance of internal sales, working to individual and team KPIs.
  • Management of internal sales staff and customer service team, 1 to 1s, formal meetings etc…
  • Identifying potential large clients, being responsible for the development of business through internal pipeline and relating this to external sales.
